The Role
- Operation of plant across a variety of demolition and earthworks sites in a safe and efficient manner.
- Working as part of a large team across diverse range of projects.
- Working effectively in line with contract programmes and management / supervisors work schedules.
- Carry out daily machine and attachment checks on fuel, oil, water, grease and general condition etc.
- Replenishment of the above as necessary.
- Reporting of all machine and attachment faults to the Site Manager / Plant Manager / Supervisor and completion of all relevant plant checklists.
- Repair all minor faults within your own capabilities.
- Assist fitters where necessary with any maintenance, service, repairs or improvements.
- Representing the company to a wide range of clients and main contractors.
- Ensure the correct PPE is used at all times.
Qualifications
- CPCS card relevant to plant operated.
Skills and Relevant Experience

- CPCS 360 excavator above / below 10t
- Good communication skills
- strong problem solving skills
- good attention to detail
